If you want to keep paintings or shelves in the same place after wallpapering, insert small nails into the existing holes before starting. Once the wallpaper is up, use a magnet to locate the nails. This simple trick allows you to find the original holes without damaging your new wallpaper.
13. Revive Dried Electrical Tape

Dried-out electrical tape can be frustrating to use, but you don’t need to throw it away. Place the roll in the microwave for just a few seconds. The heat will soften the adhesive, making the tape flexible and usable again.
